Payment Options & Pricing
Holmes & Fallon accepts the following payment options:
All prices on website are in AUD.
We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for up to 3 Business Days (Monday-Friday) for these to be processed.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
For Australian orders we ship with Australia Post's Parcel service.
All Australian orders have a flat rate of $8.50 for purchases under $50 or we offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Standard deliveries will take between 2-5 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
We also offer Express Post on all orders for a flat rate of $15.
Express deliveries will take between 1-2 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
AUSTRALIA POST IS CURRENTLY EXPECTING DELAYS ACROSS IT'S DELIVERY NETWORK.
PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED.
For New Zealand orders we ship with Australia Post's International Parcel service.
All New Zealand orders are a flat rate of $20AUD.
Deliveries to New Zealand will take between 5-12 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines;
Holmes & Fallon cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met.
If there are any delays in getting your order out to you, you will be notified immediately.
Please make sure you enter your address correctly during checkout.
Holmes & Fallon is not responsible for shipping address errors provided to us.
If you have entered the wrong address and we are notified after the package has been sent out, we will do our best to get in touch with Australia Post to have the package returned back to us.
If we receive the package back, we will provide the customer with the option to pay the re-shipping charge to have it sent to the correct address or to have the item(s) refunded. In the event the customer wants a refund Holmes & Fallon will charge a $10 processing fee.
Returns & Refunds
We accept exchanges on all items, excluding sale items.
For any quality issues regarding our products, we are happy to either replace the faulty product (if available) or refund the amount of the faulty item(s) (within 7 days of purchase).
Please note items returned due to change of mind will receive a store credit note.
Items are only accepted for returns if returned in saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use, and all hang tags should be returned with the item(s) within 14 days accompanied by a sales receipt.

- Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and reason for returning
2. Send your item to the return address we provide you in our reply (please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty at time of receipt by customer).
Please note we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages.
3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund/replacement/store credit within 3 business days.
All returns issued with a store credit will receive a personalised discount code in the amount of the returned item(s).
